Life Day 21906: Coming to you from Cody, WY

HAPPY INDEPENDANCE DAY

I’m amazed that I can get a connection here in Cody, WY, but this is the proof. I’m still having connection problems in the Corinne area, but hopefully the free WiFi at the truckstop in Perry, UT will solve that.
After I drove back to Corinne on Sunday, I did a short load to round out my day. I did the stores in Riverdale and South Ogden.
On Monday, I had 2 PrePlans. The first was a short local (Perry, South Ogden again, and Park City). The second was a load back to Vegas. Neither picked up until after midnight, so basically, I was off all day. Later in the day, they took the Vegas load away to give to a driver who had a doctors appointment. They never replaced it, so all I did was the short local in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.
When I returned to Corinne about 0700, I asked for a long run. I made myself available at 1730 and went to bed for my 10 hour break. When I woke up, I had this load to Cody, WY. I delivered at 0600 and am now taking my 10 hour break. Off to bed now.
Later:
On my return trip from Cody, I arrived in Rock Springs, WY just in time for the fireworks, such as they were. There were a few nice aeriel bursts, but the show by Mother Nature was far more impressive.
